Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently offer Standard Shipping to all destinations. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Domestic: 3-7 business days
  • International: 10-20 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on carrier schedules and customs processing for international orders.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Destination country

The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through our carrier's website.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, some restrictions may apply to certain products due to:

If we cannot ship an item to your location, you will be notified during checkout.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refusal by recipient, etc.), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders:

  • Recipients are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs
  • TechTemplo has no control over these charges

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:

  1. Contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery for damaged items)
  2. Provide your order number and photos of damaged items/packaging (if applicable)

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. TechTemplo is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
