Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must initiate the refund request within 30 days of receiving your order.
The following items are not eligible for refunds unless defective:
- Opened or used electronic devices (Speakers, Headphones, Cameras, Microphones, Radios)
- Personal accessories (Hats, Cases)
- Adapters and cables with broken seals
Refund Process
- Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
- Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, include this request when contacting customer support.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days after approval:
